Maybe we shoule take Defense spending back to what it was before Bush doubled Defense spending while conducting an ilegal war. Then maybe we could afford to continue the payroll tax cut for us lowly Americans the same way Republicans fought tooth and nail to extend the Bush Era tax cuts for rich people.
